My Smoking

It's never too late to go smoke free.

You know it’s bad for you, you know you should give up, but here’s a reminder of why: you’ll be healthier, you'll have more money, your breath and clothes won’t smell, you’ll look a lot better and you‘re likely to live longer.

It’s never too late to stop smoking. No matter what age you stop, it reduces your chances of developing lung cancer and makes a real difference to your health in general. Visit NHS Choices for more tips, online tools and general advice on stopping smoking.

However, you’re far more likely to succeed with some extra guidance and support – explore the links on the left to find out about local services that are here to help you.
