Data Protection Officer

What information do we collect?

If you are a user with general public and anonymous access the Norfolk’s Living Well website does not store or capture personal information, but merely logs the user's IP address that is automatically recognised by the web server.

We collect information from visitors to the Norfolk’s Living Well website when requests are received via email and online forms.

However we cannot accept any responsibility or liability for any loss or claim arising directly or indirectly from any error or inaccuracy in any of the material in this directory.

Organisations who provide information for our directory can contact us at any time if they wish to update their information. They should be aware that this is a public directory, and users can share this information via email or on social networking sites, like Facebook.

Content sharing

Content published on our website (including on our service directory) is public-facing, and can be shared via email or social networking sites using the functionality provided on the site. This type of content sharing is permitted as the information is being bookmarked or linked, and not adapted or altered.

Site usage information – Google Analytics

We use this information to make changes to the layout of the site and to the information on the site, based on the way that visitors move around it.
